when i want to upload SWF file for my blog banner, i'm confuse where i can upload my file SWF and get a link for these file, finaly i've found a address to upload, over here: http://www.swfcabin.com/
and you will see the interface like the following picture:

it's very easy to upload SWF file;
-> insert the title name,
-> click Choose file button and choose your SWF file, and
-> click Publish SWF button.
and than you will see the URL for view SWF file

then copy and change thats URL to be like this
and you can use that URL for Banner on your blog or whatever you want.
